Enterprise Sales Thailand

Candidate Profile - Must have min 7+ yrs of experience in Lead Generation and direct sales to Hotels

Job Profile 

 

  • Selling Hotelogix products and generating revenues for the company
  • Ability to create and manage sales pipeline from own network, cold out reach and referrals from existing customers.
  • Experience of working in a fast moving, dynamic driving technology
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret technology and market trends and should be apt in identifying Customers challenges and needs. 

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high level of activities in the assigned territory. 

  • Responsible for driving revenue of Hospitality Product sales for Thailand
  • Should own the overall sales responsibility of the market
  • Build network of hotels across Thailand
  • Work with partners & direct sales team
  • Co-ordinate escalations with support & development team in Noida, India
  • Co-ordinate with Product development to ensure product market fit and readiness
  • Acquiring new accounts and driving growth with existing accounts
  • Co-ordinate with marketing and corporate office to do events & marketing activities for Thailand region
  • Grow into South East Asia markets – Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia etc
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling 
propositions and differentiators. 

  • Work with assigned accounts to provide Enterprise and product solutions, develop new business, and maintain positive ongoing relationships. 

  • Act as a primary contact for assigned customers and liaise with internal technical/non-technical teams as required to facilitate and support the generation of revenue through the assigned customer base. 

  • Provide existing and potential customers with sales proposals, marketing literature and up-to-date
  • solutions and services in a clear, concise, comprehensive and timely manner.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. 

  • Identify and coordinate any technical assistance to facilitate the requirements for customer base.

Desired candidate Profile

  • Should have experience in Lead Generation and direct sales to Hotels
  • Experience of selling PMS will be an advantage
  • Thailand Market experience is a must
  • Team leadership experience will be an advantage
  • 7+ years experience in selling technology to hotels
  • Solutions Sales Experience

  • Strong communication skills including ability to make presentations to groups of any size.

Sales Executive Hotel Systems

Candidate Profile - Must have min 3+ yrs of experience in Sales, preferable hotel systems or understanding of Hotel operations and online sales. 

Job Profile 

  • Candidate will be responsible for Sales of Hotel systems in the Thai Hotel market. Our Software-as- a-Service (SaaS), will help hotels record the reservations in their Property Management System, connect the Online channels via channel management system to drive more bookings through all their channel - Website and Online.
  • In addition to his/ her role, the candidate is required to spot opportunities in the market for any of the other services the company offers, takes up cold calling and meeting customers.
  • Liaise with client Hotel staff in the reservation or front desk to collect information from to hotels to assist in set up.
  • Knowledge of property Management systems, channel management system and hotel vocabulary is preferred.
  • Candidate should be motivated, high-energy sales professional with rich domain knowledge in Hospitality industry to help manage the fast paced growth of the company.
  • Should have sufficient knowledge in hotel operations. Good communication skills and target driven and experience with Hotel property management systems is a must.
  • Applicable for Thai national  only with good English communication skills.
  • Candidate should be living in Bangkok and available 5 days per week. (week days)

Candidate Profile -  Must have min 3+ yrs of experience in Sales (understanding of Hotel operations and online sales is an advantage)

  • Candidate will be responsible for Sales of Website Marketing solutions in the Thai Hotel market. Our Software-as- a-Service (SaaS), will help hotels to drive more bookings through all their channels – Website, Online and Offline.

Revenue manager

Candidate Profile - Must have min 3+ yrs of experience in revenue management in Hotel Industry.

Job Profile

  • Candidate will be responsible managing a portfolio of hotels by collecting weekly data from the hotel clients and enter them into the revenue management systems.
  • Creating the weekly reports and distribute them to the hotel clients.
  • Conducting weekly meetings with Hotel Clients, either online or onsite.
  • Liaise with client Hotel staff in the reservation or front desk
  • Candidate should have sufficient knowledge about online sales channels (OTA’s). Previous revenue management experience is a must.
  • Candidate should have sufficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel and possible experience with property management systems such as: Comanche, Amadeus, Opera Fidelio, etc.
  • Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment.
  • Candidate should be a Thai national with good English communication skills.
  • Candidate should be living in Phuket and available 5 days per week. (week days)
